Calm before the storm

June 10, 2012

The upcoming week will be hectic with two trips out-of-town and several business calls  scheduled.  This week was nice and calm however.  I had my Spanish lessons at the dining room table with Flavia.

Maria went to the market and got lots of fruits  including pitaya which she made into a delicious juice for me.

I had some help with my computer work, had time for a manicure, and ate Nacatamale with Esmeralda for dinner. Things were calm on the streetwith kids playing improvised soccer down the block.

The kid in the foreground is, unfortunately, probably sniffing glue, a major problem here.

Just a routine week.
